RELAX BLUES Saison 13

We really enjoyed this juicy farmhouse Ale, commonly brewed in Belgium. We built the body on a large proportion (40%) of unmalted wheat (Crisp malt Torrefied Wheat), giving it a beautiful rustic body and a fresh pale colour with a pleasant haze. In both aroma and flavour, the profile of the new Lalbrew Farmhouse yeast is dominant, only lightly complemented by a small amount of coriander. The hop character pleasantly supports the body and is built on the new Czech hop Blues from the Žatec Hop Research Institute.
