Contract withdrawal

You may withdraw from a purchase contract concluded online within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. This form is one way to do so — you can still withdraw by e-mail at eshop@pivoachleba.cz or in writing.

The right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to perishable goods or goods in sealed packaging opened after delivery. See details in the terms and conditions.
