Malleus Maleficarum Weizenbock 17
Weizenbock is a German beer style: Weizen means wheat, while Bock means goat, but also a strong, malty beer traditionally brewed for the winter season. The aroma brings clove, fruit notes of banana, apple and apricot, and a touch of wood. The body is bready, with a fruity, spicy and woody taste. At first, the tartness of apples and apricots meets the sweetness of the malts, followed by woody tannins and a finish full of spice and banana notes.
