Gold Rush Brut IPA 13

This is a new beer style born in San Francisco, USA, at Social Kitchen & Brewery. It is a highly attenuated, dry, intensely hopped but low-bitterness IPA with higher carbonation. Both aroma and flavour are driven primarily by hops: gooseberry, white wine, citrus, tropical fruit and a touch of pine. With almost no residual extract, the beer’s juicy hop character takes centre stage, making it refreshing and incredibly drinkable. We brewed this Brut IPA in collaboration with Ochutnávková pivnice, with thanks to Elf for the inspiration and recipe feedback.
