Everglades IPA 15

At last, here is a traditionally non-traditional IPA for today — just the way we like it. That means only pale malts, no tired caramel. Nicely fermented out and properly bitter. The last thing we wanted to achieve was a slightly unusual flavor and aroma, which we got by combining the classic aromatic hops Simcoe and Comet. Thanks to that, this beer has aromas and flavors of apricot, light peach, and forest notes. A traditional old-school IPA with an unconventional taste and amazing drinkability.
