A superb winter Sour Ale, soured with lactobacillus and enriched with aronia berries, which lift the acidity and add their distinctive tartness. To build an even more complex flavour, we added a selection of excellent spices. Refreshing yet comforting, this beer is made for long winter evenings by the fireplace.
