Red IPA is a style derived from American IPA. Its copper to red colour comes from a larger share of caramel malts, which also shape the beer’s body. The aroma is citrusy and lime-like, with forest fruit, resin and caramel notes. The flavour is fruity, juicy and caramel-driven, with a light spiciness. The finish is citrus-bitter and dry.
