Franklin NEIPA 14

It got its name from one of the prominent founding fathers. Benjamin Franklin was an integral part of the disputes between the English Crown and the rebellious colony that would eventually become the United States. Our NEIPA is exactly the same: brewed in the American style and hopped with American hops (Sabro, Citra and Casscade), yet fermented with new English yeast from the well-known brewery VERDANT BREWING.CO. This is what gives the beer the distinctive character typical of the NEIPA style, though compared with American yeasts it ferments a little less fully, making the beer more complex and, in our view, even more expressive.
