A red, caramel-forward beer brewed from German and French ingredients. German malts from Best Malz give it fullness and colour, while Mandarina Bavaria adds freshness and a light citrus touch. French hops Barbe Rouge and Triskel contribute not only bitterness, but also aromas and flavours of sweet cherries, strawberries and flowers, especially roses. A beautifully harmonious beer where caramel meets the fruity character of the hops.
