Brew Berry Blueberry Gose 10

Something truly new from us: as the first in Czechia, we brewed a beer with Lallemand WILDBREW™ PHILLY SOUR yeast. What makes it special? It is not a traditional brewing yeast, but a wild Lachancea strain that naturally produces lactic acid during fermentation, bringing the beer beautifully below pH 3.2. That makes this our first sour beer made not by kettle souring with lactobacillus in the brewhouse, but by the yeast itself during fermentation. We added coriander, pink Himalayan salt and, above all, a full-on blueberry character. The result is a wonderfully complex summer 10° beer that feels almost like a fresh juice rather than a beer.
