Bald Eagle American IPA 16
A pale orange beer with a rich aroma of tropical fruit, resin and citrus, lifted by a peppery touch. Its body is light, malty-caramel and fruity, with notes of tropical fruit, citrus and especially pomelo, while the whole profile is led by a bold lime-zest bitterness. We used new American hops El Dorado, Azacca and Denali both in the kettle and for dry hopping in the tank.
