Mostly Harmless session IPA

“A beer that probably won’t do you any harm. Probably.” This session IPA is named after the famous note about planet Earth — and just like Earth, this beer is mostly harmless. Except that it contains Czech Saturn, Juno, and Jupiter hops, a combination that could cause a minor aromatic singularity around your nose. Saturn brings rings of citrus, Juno adds divine freshness, and Jupiter… well, Jupiter is simply huge and loves to show off. The result is a light, drinkable, and dangerously friendly beer — exactly the kind of drink you order thinking you’ll have “just one,” then wake up with a towel around your neck and the feeling that you’ve saved the universe.
