Sour Ale Sour Cherry 13

Berliner Weisse is an ancient German wheat beer known for combining light fruity wheat notes with pronounced acidity. Sour cherries intensified that acidity even further, and their flavour beautifully complements the kefir-like character that lactobacilli bring to Berliner Weisse. For its original gravity, this beer is very light and refreshing. We added the sour cherries to the tank toward the end of primary fermentation as a highly concentrated, purely natural juice.
