Beer Spirit - The Last of the Mohicans 200ml

For distillation, we chose Washington, a beer loaded with American hops. After distillation, The Last of the Mohicans was aged in lightly charred French oak barrels. We believed the aromatic compounds would come through even after distillation, giving our beer spirit a distinctive character. That’s why it was given a distinctive name too, evoking the overseas origins of the hops and the style of the original beer.
