A black winter dessert with a beige head, smelling of chocolate, cocoa, dried dark fruit and brandy. The flavor is chocolatey, with notes of prunes, caramel and coffee with a drop of brandy. Overall, it is a strong, full-bodied, beautifully rounded and warming beer, reminiscent of dark chocolate with a liqueur filling. It makes no attempt to hide its 10.5% alcohol.
